Ingredients
- scale
- jar of starter
- stir stick
- 50 g. flour
- 50 g. water
Directions
- remove and discard enough starter to leave 50 g. left over.
- make pancakes with the discard.
- add equal parts by weight of flour and water (50 g. starter, 50 g. water, 50 g. flour) to the remaining starter.
- mix until uniform
- cover and let sit at room temperature for daily feedings, fridge for weekly.
